GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Order Dispatch Times
At Infinaluxe, we pride ourselves on processing and shipping your orders very quickly!
We usually dispatch orders on the same day or within 1 business day. However, during busy periods, delays can occur.
If you need your order shipped urgently, we highly recommend selecting the 'Express & Priority Dispatch' option which means your order will jump to the front of the queue and will be prioritised to be dispatched earlier - even during busy periods!
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details of your order. You can track your order by clicking the link in the email.
Public Holidays and Weekends
Shipping days do not include public holidays or weekends.
Delays Caused by External Factors
Whilst we strive to pack and send out your order on the same day (or next business day if ordered after 12pm or on a weekend), please note from time to time there may be delays caused by external factors such as Australia Post, pandemics, natural disasters or any other reasons. Sit tight sis, we will always do everything we can to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible!
Customs and Duty charges
Deliveries to countries outside Australia may incur customs or import taxes, handling fees or other fees out of our control. This will depend on the country your delivery is going to, however we will always do our best to ensure the amount of tax or other fees you are charged is as little as possible.
International Orders
We do not currently ship orders to PO or APO boxes via international postage at this time.
Please note there may be some countries we cannot ship to due to country trade restrictions or other reasons out of our control. If you are unsure if we can send to your destination country, please check your destination country on the Australia Post website here: https://auspost.com.au/service-updates/international-delivery-times.
Incorrect Addresses on Orders
Please note it is the buyers responsibility to ensure that the address provided at checkout in the 'Shipping Address' field is correct and accurate. It is not our responsibility to check validity of addresses. If you provide an incorrect or invalid address and your order is shipped to the wrong address, this is not our responsibility. If your order is returned to us, please note that we may charge you for additional shipping fees to re-send it to you.
