We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and we know it can be difficult to choose your perfect lash style online!

For this reason, we offer exchanges on unused, unopened lashes.

To apply for an exchange, please contact us via email at info@infinaluxe.com.au first. 

Once your lashes are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome.

Note we reserve the right to reject returns which are not in the original condition in which they were received.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for any liquid products such as bonds, sealants, cleansers, removers etc.
