Infinaluxe Giveaway Terms & Conditions (Australia)

1. Promoter

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by Infinaluxe Pty Ltd (ACN 652340906), registered in New South Wales, Australia (“Infinaluxe”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents only.

  • Entrants must be 18 years or older as of the date of entry.

  • Employees of Infinaluxe Group Pty Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to this giveaway are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must during the entry period:

  1. Follow @infinaluxe on Instagram.

  2. Tag three (3) different friends in the comments on the official giveaway post on our Instgaram page. .

Bonus Entries

Participants will receive five (5) bonus entries for sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @infinaluxe.

Multiple Entries

Entrants may enter multiple times, provided each entry tags three (3) new friends not previously tagged in earlier entries.

4. Entry Period

Entries open at 6:30 PM AEDT on  23 April 2026 and close at 11:59 PM AEDT on 6 May 2026.
Entries received outside this time will not be accepted.

5. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive:

    ·       4 boxes of nails: 4 × $39 = $156

    ·       2 nail removers : 2 × $12 = $24

    ·       1 complete kit: $129

    ·       1 PG lash kit: $95

    ·       1 box of DIY lashes: $59

    1 box of pre-glued lashes: $65

  • Approximate total retail value: AUD $528 AUD.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other products or services.

  • Infinaluxe reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of it) with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.

  • The winner will be announced on 7 May 2026  via an Instagram post and / or Story on the official @infinaluxe account and contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message.

  • The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize.

  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, Infinaluxe reserves the right to draw a new winner.

7. Verification

Infinaluxe may request proof of identity, age, and residency to confirm eligibility before awarding the prize.
Entries that do not comply with these Terms and Conditions may be deemed invalid at Infinaluxe’s sole discretion.

8. Liability

By participating, entrants release Instagram and Infinaluxe from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
Infinaluxe accepts no responsibility for any entries that are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or corrupted, or for any technical issues or failures related to Instagram or internet connectivity.

9. Privacy

Infinaluxe will collect personal information (such as Instagram handles and contact details) solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and contacting the winner.
All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and Infinaluxe’s Privacy Policy.

10. General

  • Infinaluxe reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel this giveaway at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable Australian laws.

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
