Terms and Conditions for the Infinaluxe Content Creation $1,000 Gift Card Giveaway

1. Promoter
   The promoter of this contest is Infinaluxe Pty Ltd. of business address S10,427 Victoria Avenue, Suite 103, Chatswood NSW 2067.
   
   
2. Eligibility
   This giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of Australia and New Zealand, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and affiliates of Infinaluxe Pty Ltd., as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
   
   
3. Giveaway Period
   The promotion begins on October 16, 2024 at 12:00 AM AEDT and ends on November 10, 2024 at 11:59 PM AEDT ("Promotion Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
   
   
4. How to Enter
   To enter the giveaway, participants must:

• Follow Infinaluxe Pty Ltd. on Instagram or Facebook.
• Create and post original content explaining why they love Infinaluxe on Instagram or Facebook, and tagging @Infinaluxe during the Promotion Period.

5. Entry Limit
   Multiple entries are allowed per person.
   
   
6. Content Guidelines
   The content must:

• Be original and created by the entrant.
• Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Be appropriate for public viewing (no offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content).

Infinaluxe Pty Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these guidelines.

7. Selection of Winner
   A random drawing will be conducted by Infinaluxe Pty Ltd. on or before November 17, 2024 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook within 5 business days following the draw.
   
   
8. Prize
   The winner will receive a $1,000 Infinaluxe Gift Card, redeemable only at www.infinaluxe.com.au. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
   
   
9. Claiming the Prize
   The winner must respond to the notification message within 7 days of being contacted to claim the prize. Failure to respond within this time period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
   
   
10. Publicity
    By entering the giveaway, the winner agrees to allow Infinaluxe Pty Ltd. to use their name, content, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
    
    
11. General Conditions

• Infinaluxe Pty Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if it cannot be conducted as planned due to any technical or other reasons beyond its control.
• The decisions of Infinaluxe Pty Ltd. regarding all aspects of this giveaway are final and binding.

12. Limitation of Liability
    By participating in this giveaway, entrants release Infinaluxe Pty Ltd. from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
    
    
13. Governing Law
    This promotion is governed by the laws of Australia and New Zealand, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and New Zealand.
    
    
14. Privacy
    Any personal information collected during the course of the promotion will be used solely for administering the giveaway and in accordance with Infinaluxe Pty Ltd.'s privacy policy.

16. Grant of License

17. Content Submission
    You represent that you are the original creator of the content and that you have the right to grant Infinaluxe the rights described in these Terms. You agree that the content you provide is free from any third-party claims and does not infringe on any intellectual property rights.

• By participating in this competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
