1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Infinaluxe Pty Ltd (ACN 652340906), referred to as “Infinaluxe”, “we”, “our” or “us”. Our registered office is located in New South Wales, Australia.

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01 AM AEST on 12 November 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 12 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Orders placed outside this period will not qualify for the offer.

3. Eligibility

  • The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

  • Employees of Infinaluxe Pty Ltd, its affiliates, agents, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

4. Offer Details

During the Promotion Period:

  • Customers will receive up to 40% off eligible products purchased through the Infinaluxe website (www.infinaluxe.com.au).

  • Each qualifying order will automatically be entered into a draw for a chance to have the full order amount refunded (“Refund Prize”).

5. Refund Prize Conditions

  • 10 (ten) winners will be randomly selected from all qualifying orders placed during the Promotion Period.

  • The Refund Prize consists of a full refund of the value of the winner’s qualifying order (excluding shipping costs or additional services).

  • The winner will be notified via the email address used to place their order within 7 days of the Promotion’s end date.

  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days of winner confirmation.

  • The Refund Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

6. General Conditions

  • Discounts apply only to full-priced items unless otherwise specified.

  • The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion.

  • If any product purchased under this promotion is returned, refunds will be processed in accordance with our standard Returns Policy (available at www.infinaluxe.com.au).

  • Infinaluxe reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Infinaluxe will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from participation in this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Privacy

By participating in this promotion, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by Infinaluxe for the purpose of conducting the promotion and in accordance with Infinaluxe’s Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
